On the left side of the residential structure, there is an attached garage with a a separate storage. hobby or work space. The garage originally had barn style sliding doors which have now been replaced with a single door. A door at the back of the garage accesses a covered patio.

Except for the access driveway to the property, the site is entirely fenced providing security and privacy. Please note the single doorway into the garage area.

The living area also provides a space for formal dining. While compact, you can still feel the joy and happiness of being with friends and family. Please note the gas space heater toward the rear on the left side of the picture. As the home is natural gas, a line to the space heater comes from the gas line to the range oven.

From this view toward the front of the home, the cozy feel of the living and dining area are evident. The electric space heater also utilized.

The front door access into the home is evident here. The large screen TV provides entertainment and comfort. The doorway on the left leads into the front bedroom. Image family and friends relaxing and watching your favorite sitcoms or movies.

Cozy yes but plenty of room to enjoy relaxing, company and family.

With the living and dining areas in the background, the kitchen with the microwave and gas range oven with connection the gas space heater makes the home homey. Of course, there's no escaping the smell of steaks or chichen soup cooking as they migrate throughout the home. Gosh, I love those smells. Especially turkey.

With the kitchen sink, dishwasher and refrigerator handy, cooking, cleanup and retrieval of cooking items or cleanup are a snap. Plus, there's plenty of counter space. In the background please note the available storage in the pantry.

There's also room for the makeshift counter and storage on the right. Certainly more than my first home.

Within steps of storage, cooking appliances and kitchen preparation areas, the kitchen is functional and modern.

I can imagine the yummy meals prepared in this kitchen and the abundant aromas waltzing throughout the home.

From this view, the door on the immediate left leads into the three piece bathroom with a walk-in shower and an exterior window for ventilation. Please note the wall heater on the right back wall isn't functional. The gas stovetop is also a big plus. Don't you agree?

The bathroom is the first door to the left and straight ahead is the doorway to the second bedroom.

The three piece bathroom offers plenty of space for tending to personal needs.

The corner walk-in shower in the bathroom is also a plus.

The back 2nd bedroom offers room for storage items.

The back 2nd bedroom is just steps away from the three piece bathroom with a walk-in shower and the kitchen.

An overview of the backside of the home provides a glimpse of the tidy space utilization within the home.

Once again the wall heater on the right isn't functional. Also the pull-down access to the attic is in the hallway. As Mason County classifies the home as a 1 1/2 story structure it's important to point out the pull-down is the only means of accessing the unfinished attic area.

On the front side of the home is the 1st bedroom with access just beyond the nonfunction wall heater.

The front bedroom also provides space for storage items and has wood plank flooring.

The washer dryer is also located in the storage pantry off of the kitchen. On the backside of the washer dryer units is the homes water heater.

As the garage area is separated into two rooms, this is the storage, hobby or work room.

This view shows the wall separating the work, storage and hobby area from the main garage area. The concrete stairs on the right lead into the kitchen area of the home. Door on the back leads to the covered patio.

This area on the backside of the home was used as a type of greenhouse. It is covered with fiberglass panels.

The spacious backyard really shows off the width of the lot. Being fences is a terrific plus. The roofline on the other side of the fence is a relatively new structure housing commercial interests.
