Cute atrium off the kitchen was designed with a hot tub in mind! Door to this area keeps it closed when you want, but room has forced air registers to use all year round. Tile floor, wall finish is rare yellow cedar shake that the owner purchased in Canada. Hot tub works but is currently drained of water. If you didn't want a hot tub, it could be removed and the floor framed in to use for a sunroom, office or other purpose.
